12 PM CMT VIA ZOOM

Join us for our September Lunch & Learn discussing Design/Build Projects. When your shop works on a large project where the shop staff is assisting to design and build it, what is that like for you? What works and does not work with communication, timeline, resources and other logistics?

  • Success stories and not so successful stories
  • Running the shop as usual AND designing/building a large project simultaneously 
  • Share tips and strategies
