SSMC Lunch & Learn Series

"Student Worker Training"

FRIDAY - APRIL 30th,
12 pm CMT VIA ZOOM

Join us for our 2nd Lunch & Learn discussing Training Student Workers. Speakers will present for a few minutes on how they train their student workers, then we will break out in smaller discussion groups. We will come together to share what we learned from each other.

Discussion topics:

  • Recruiting Student Workers 
  • In-person Training 
  • Seasons in the shop (beginning of the year, quiet times, busy times, finals) 
  • Navigating Difficulties

Registration is FREE 

ACCESS to the recording and other resources after the event will be free for members or $25 fee for non-members, which includes a 1-year membership
